Change, Cancel or Return Items

For over 100 years, Pella Products has guaranteed the quality and workmanship of our apparel!

Please contact customer service as soon as possible to change, cancel or return an item (please have your order information available).

Items may be returned within 15 days from the date of the original shipment based on:

• Items must be in the original packaging including the tags and be in new condition (items must not have been worn or washed).
• All decorated, special order, clearance or closeout items cannot be returned unless the item has a manufacturers defect.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges that are not a result of a manufacturers defect or company error.

Return items to the address provided by customer service.

Please include order number or an invoice with the return.
